Fusion’s FX UV Neon Magenta will glow brightly under black lights, and will also have a bright effect under regular lights.
PRODUCT LABEL & INFORMATION
Though widely used around the world by face painters & special FX artists, as of yet, the US FDA and EU Commission have not tested neon pigments to be used in cosmetics, therefore they have not been approved by the FDA or EU to be labelled as a cosmetic in the US & EU. Following FDA guidelines, the labels of all UV colours are as follows:

To Use: Add water to your brush before you apply it to the skin.
To Remove: Wash with soap and water, some colours may stain skin temporarily.
Keep lids closed when not in use. All cosmetics can, on rare occasions cause allergic reactions. Do not apply to sensitive or broken skin. Test by placing a small amount to the wrist, if reaction occurs within 30 minutes discontinue use. FDA recommends not to use Pink Sorbet, Magic Magenta, Royal Purple and Fresh Lilac around the eye area. Use within 12 months of opening.
Not tested on Animals. Vegan Friendly. Gluten Free. Perfume Free. Paraben Free. Because this product can stain other surfaces, please avoid contact with carpets, fabrics and upholstery.
