A headband with plastic horns on it is a costume. Horns glued to your forehead are a transformation. The gap between those two things is one small bottle of adhesive and about ten minutes.
Prosthetics go on bare, clean, oil-free skin. Paint first and the adhesive has nothing to grip.
Pros-Aide is a contact adhesive, which means it works differently to craft glue. Brush a thin layer onto the back of the horn and onto the skin, then wait. Let both go from white to clear and tacky, roughly 30 to 60 seconds. Then press the horn down and hold it for another 30 seconds. Once contact adhesive touches itself it grabs immediately, so place it right the first time.
Wipe the forehead with micellar water first if you have any moisturiser or sunscreen on. That is the usual reason horns fall off.
The join is what gives a prosthetic away. Work red or brown paint from the horn out onto the skin so there is no visible line where one becomes the other, then powder over the top.
The red stick over the face, pressed in with a sponge, taken onto the neck and ears. Deeper red or black pushed into the cheek hollows, the temples and around the eyes.
Devils are angular. Use the black from the split cake to extend the brows upward and outward into a point, and take the outer eye upward rather than outward. Every line should go up.

Yes, if the skin is clean and dry and you let the Pros-Aide go tacky on both surfaces before pressing. The most common failure is applying to moisturised skin or pressing while the adhesive is still wet.
Work an edge loose gently and peel slowly, using a little oil or a cleansing balm to soften the adhesive as you go. Do not rip them off dry.
Usually yes, if you peel them carefully and clean the old adhesive off the back. Latex prosthetics do perish eventually, so store them flat and out of sunlight.
