BodyFX Courses
BODYFX is offering extensive make-up training in affordable segments.
You decide how fast you want to learn and how much you would like to
invest in your artistic career.
Our courses are creative, informative and action packed. Length of the
course is 4 or 8 weeks, one evening a week- during the week you will be
required to practice and prepare for the next class. Our courses are
great for people who have full time jobs and want to learn a new skill
on the side or professionals who want to extend their Porte-folio.
At the end of the 8 week course you will combine all you have learned in
a professional photo shoot. You will also receive a certificate, 6 of
these will make up the final BODYFX PRO certificate.
This certificate together with your portfolio will give you a good start
and opportunity in the industry.
FACE ART

Kit fee $200, TAG palette, brushes, kabuki brush, Mixing liquid and
metallic powder.
Ethnicity – corrective extreme- Avant garde- Drags - fashion - body art
– period make ups- airbrush foundations
The MAKE UP course is a pre requisite to this one.

The course starts 30 April and takes 11
full weekdays from 10 am till 4 pm
The course will commence with a minimum of 4 students, maximum 8
students.

To attend this course you will need to have a basic skills in make-up.
The special FX course will be held in the Wellington region at the
BodyFX studios, 320 Moores valley rd. Wainuiomata, Lower Hutt
Course fees are 2 weekly payments of $600 or $1100 by payment in
advance.
Course fees are inclusive of basic materials, coffee/ tea and
photography.
Lunch can be brought, parking on site. Pick up service can be arranged
from the bus stop at the Wainuiomata Mall or Homedale village.
For $200 per week we have limited accommodation available for out of
town participants.
This is inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Call us for more details.
Your tutor is multi award winning artist Nicole Heydenrijk,
founder of BodyFX. Nicole has over 20 years experience in the
make-up industry and won several awards
for her prosthetic work, both in NZ and in Europe

Not all kits have to be purchased as long as professional products are
brought to the course, kit content info
will be available closer to the course date.
Courses will not have more than 8 students so lots of one on one time
with the tutor.
Courses are taught at the BodyFX Studio- School - shop , 607 New North
Rd, Kingsland, unless otherwise specified.
To secure your place you will need to fill in the
booking form and pay 50% deposit

be paid on the first day.
